In 12 years of business we have never had to advertise yet we stay fully booked. SR. Graphic Designer VIEW

Requirements
- 2-5 years of design, print, and web experience
- Very strong web and user interface design skills
- Proficient and experienced in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- A portfolio that matches our creative language
- Any HTML/CSS experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience with print and digital mediums
- Excellent communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for individually assigned design projects as well as providing support for all members of the creative team.
- Work with a Project Manager to facilitate client communications and meet deadlines.
- Establish and manage client and team expectations.
- Consistently provide innovative and creative ideas, putting forward imaginative alternatives and questioning traditional approaches.
- Will explore, question, challenge and assimilate the design and production process.
- Delivering high-quality design, artwork and layouts within firm guidelines taking projects from concept to deliverable.
- Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of core software and must have a full understanding of relevant services, processes, systems and procedures of design and print.
- Aptitude with regard to adoption of new technology and process is core to a business that adapts to the rapidly changing demands of its client base.
- Creating new and innovative visual communications content across various media.
- Maintain firm's image, identity and communication style.
UI/UX Developer VIEW
This is an on-site salaried position, based in South Jordan, UT. While this position involves some graphic design skill it would be more accurate to describe this position as coding CSS/HTML/JS. Please do not contact us about outsourcing. Please no recruiters or phone calls.

Requirements
- 2-5 years in web development
- Highly experienced in CSS/HTML/JS
- Proficient in the Adobe PS
- Experienced in CSS media queries, HTML5
- Working knowledge of Mobile and Tablet web design principles
- Any PHP/MySQL MVC experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills
Job Responsibilities
- Work directly with the designer and project manager on projects to help code front ends on websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Assist senior programmers on MVC architecture projects by styling CSS layouts/interfaces, facilitate Ajax calls, etc.

- 3yrs experience with PHP and MySQL
- Experience with MVC
- Working knowledge of Web Services
- Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Familiarity with mobile web development

- Develop, maintain, and implement a broad range of web and mobile based client tools including Content Management, Ecommerce and custom applications
- Ability to accurately specify time lines
- Attention to detail, We like to do it right the first time
- Work closely with UX developers and Design teams on large projects
- Know current XHTML and CSS standards
